Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on whether a piece is in stock and ready to ship, made to order or a bespoke commission.  Details on specific lead times can be found on each product's page, there is more information on our commissioning process here.

Once a piece of jewellery has been produced, our delivery options are standard, as detailed below.
If you have a specific date in mind or have any questions about any of the information on this page, please email us at info@johayesward.com

UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK is FREE for orders over £250. For orders under £250 our postage and packaging charge is a flat rate of £10. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard, packages are insured and tracked. They are normally guaranteed before 1pm next working day and require a signature upon arrival.

Delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and we cannot take responsibility for any delays incurred while the package is in their care.

Should you like to organise alternative means of delivery or collection, please get in touch to discuss further on info@johayesward.com

International Delivery

All the prices on our website include UK VAT of 20%. If you are purchasing an item from outside the UK the VAT will be removed at checkout.

For orders under £500 we offer two options for international delivery:

Insured and Tracked Delivery is handled by DHL and starts at £45. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is based on the value of the order and the country it is being shipped to. The package will travel express via a tracked, insured service and require a signature upon arrival. Delivery timeframe is usually 2 to 7 working days once the item has been dispatched - but will depend on the destination.

Tracked and signed delivery is handled by UK Royal Mail and costs £20 - £25. This option can only be insured for up to £250 value. If the piece you are ordering is a higher value using this shipping method will be at your own risk. Delivery timeframe is usually 5 to 10 working days once the item has been dispatched.

Orders over £500 are automatically sent via the fully insured DHL service.

Any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes. If you have any queries on this please do contact us.

BREXIT UPDATE for EU Customers

Please note that if we are sending an item to you in the EU this will be subject to new tax and duty charges that have come into affect since 1st January 2021. On entering your country your local customs will charge you local VAT on the item (which is 17 - 25% depending on country). Additionally you may be charged a handling fee by the courier of roughly £20 to £30 depending on the value of the item and your country. This handling fee may well change or stop in coming months as the Brexit dust settles. If you have any queries on this please do contact us.
