Delivery times vary depending on whether a piece is in stock and ready to ship, made to order or a bespoke commission. Details on specific lead times can be found on each product's page, there is more information on our commissioning process here.
Once a piece of jewellery has been produced, our delivery options are standard, as detailed below.

Delivery within the UK is FREE. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard, packages are insured and tracked. They are normally guaranteed before 1pm next working day and require a signature upon arrival.
During the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are making one post office run per week. Please bear with us on the slightly extended delivery times.
Delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and we cannot take responsibility for any delays incurred while the package is in their care.

International Delivery is handled by FedEx and costs £55*. The package will travel via a tracked, insured service and require a signature upon arrival.
Any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes.
Delivery timeframe is usually 2 to 5 working days once the item has been dispatched.
All JHW jewellery is carefully packaged in bespoke, branded boxes along with a copy of our care instructions. These are then placed into unbranded boxes with our name and address included in the ‘senders’ details.
